Not all of these recipes are for everyone. If there are ingredients that you don't like or to which you are allergic, please don't eat them! Feel free to omit or substitute ingredients to fit your tastes and needs. Also, I am not a good measurer when it comes to recipes. I just add until it looks and tastes right. If you are stickler for exactness, these almost completely made up measurements might make you crazy. Sorry! I haven't included nutritional information with these because I don't have it. Again, please check the ingredients list and make sure that anything you use is healthy for you. These are some of my favorites. I hope you like them too!
