Personal training with Golden Hour Coaching is an individualized experience. Marie will assess where you are and where you want to be and come up with a plan to get you there.
All training sessions begin with a warm-up and end with stretching. In between there may be body weight exercises, resistance and weight training, and cardio depending on your goals and current muscle and joint health.
Any movement is good movement if it is done safely. Marie is a stickler for good form so that you can practice movements within your personal ability and range of motion without pain or injury. Her philosophy is that we work hard in the gym so that we can live our lives pain free out of the gym.
Marie has experience and/or certification in multiple areas including JrFit, post-rehab, pre- and postnatal exercise, senior fitness, and the BioMechanics Method. She will meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Marie has worked with clients as young as 9 and as old as 99! She will help you find YOUR thing to keep you moving, happy, and healthy for years to come!
