The Health and Wellness Coaching program is a 90 day or 12 week program designed to build healthy habits around nutrition, movement, and mindfulness for your overall well-being. This program is for you if you are feeling lost or stuck in your health journey.
Marie will meet you where you are and help you uncover what's been holding you back from where you want to be. In this customized VIP one-on-one program, you will receive 12 Weekly One-hour coaching sessions, curated resources, exercises to keep you on track and accountable outside of sessions, and email support between calls.
After identifying your goals, an individualized program will be designed with those goals in mind. You will be given tools to implement daily habits that will become part of who you are and will contribute to your long term goals. You will uncover what is driving those frustrating behaviors around nutrition and movement and unlock new behaviors to create your optimal health and well-being.
While the program is designed as a 12 week journey, renewals are optional for working on new goals or maintenance. This program is also available in a group coaching format that is slightly less individualized, but still personally relevant.
